We would have let this all go, but unfortunately on many of these occasions the staff was so unbelievably rude to my wife it ruined our trip.
We understand that they need to make sure that no one underage is gambling, but there were plenty of other kids on the casino floor to ask other than two people who are clearly married and look older than 25. Unfortunately, my wife kept getting ID’ed legitimately every 5 minutes which became a running inside joke between us. They need to work on customer service or just learn not to be rude. My wife and I are in our early 30s and own multiple businesses in NY and would never treat our customers like Ceasers does. Our Ceaser palace trip started off fun, but ended up becoming a nightmare by the end of the trip.
